Return Policy
Investing in any luxury item is a big step. At Platinum Estate Jewellery we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied we guarantee a full refund less the cost of professional cleaning (Covid/hygiene) which is normally $100.
If you would like to return an item, please notify us by email within two (2) days of its receipt. You should then dispatch the item within two days (2) of notifying us. As soon as we receive the item in the same condition as it was dispatched and in line with our return policy we will refund your money. Please discuss with us BEFORE you return the item.
Australian and New Zealand customers should return items carefully packed and fully insured with Australia Post Express Post (or the NZ equivalent) to our Maryborough address. Platinum Estate Jewellery will reimburse the cost of returning the item.
Customers from the United Kingdom and United States, should return items carefully packed and fully insured with Royal Mail or Federal Express. Platinum Estate Jewellery will reimburse the cost of returning the item.
Any import duty paid on an item will not be refunded.
Damaged Or Altered Items
Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. Damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.

The condition of each item is noted in the description and we are always more than happy to answer any questions.
Antique and Vintage items do not look brand new sometimes. That’s part of its character. The more care that is taken of it, the longer that charm and elegance will last.
Grading & Valuations
To retain the items integrity, most Diamonds and Coloured stones in our rings have been measured and graded while in the settings and so are approximate.
Grading can vary a lot between different appraisers and valuers – and is never exact – no matter how experienced the gemologist.
We provide independent valuations on much of our diamond jewellery and can have valuations done for you at your choice of Fraser Coast Jewellers. The charge for this service with be at cost.
