How Do I Place An Order?
It’s simple. When you open the page to look at the item you want to buy, just click on the “purchase” button and follow the prompts.

What Is The Refund Policy?
Please be advised that if you change your mind about an item you buy then you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item and then post the item within a further 2 days for a full refund less $100 professional cleaning fee.
We do not refund any money for items that have been altered or damaged.
Please contact us if you have any questions and be advised that monies will only be refunded if the item is returned in its original condition. Once this is ascertained, then the monies will be returned within 2 working days.
How Quickly Do You Deliver?
We deliver in Australia with Australia Post which usually takes within two to five days. We deliver to most other parts of the world using secure courier systems like FedEx.
Can I see and try on jewellery – Do You Have A Store.
We are an ‘online store’ so we don’t have a shop for you to visit. It is possible to make an appointment for a private viewing of a small selection of items, depending on your location and our staff availability. These viewings will be restricted to clients in the Fraser Coast area, Queensland, Australia.
Is It Possible To Get A Ring Sized?
Yes. If you buy a ring for yourself and you know your size, we can usually re-size it for you.
This can take a few days and will be done at cost price – usually around $80 (though this can vary if the ring needs to be made bigger).
If the ring is a gift for someone else, we sometimes recommend that you wait until after the recipient has the ring and can be resized by their jeweller. An alteration will affect our money-back guarantee.
