Methods Of Delivery
Items posted from within Australia will be sent by Australia Post standard. Delivery is taking a little longer these days but usually between 2 – 5 days. Please contact us if you need it in a real hurry and we can use Express Post. Items will be fully insured and require signature on delivery.
Hand delivery or pick up is not possible.
International
Items shipped to our New Zealand customers and to Asia, UK, Europe, Canada or the US will be sent International Express post with a delivery time of 4 to 7 days.
**Please be aware we have no authority over local Customs and delivery time may vary if Customs holds an item.
Returned Items
If you decide to return an item in line with our ‘Return Policy’ it can be returned to our address at 37 North Street, Maryborough Queensland 4650.
Customers are responsible for packing the item securely and return postage and insurance costs will be reimbursed. Please discuss with us BEFORE returning any item.

Customs & Import Duty
Some governments require duty to be paid on goods imported into the country. The customer is responsible for paying this duty.
The rates below are provided as a guide and are subject to change.
United Kingdom
Items shipped from Australia to the UK are subject to VAT of 15%.
United States

How Quickly Do We Post?
We aim to post on the same day as the payment has been cleared. We do not post on weekends.
Contact us if you need more details. All our items are sent in original packaging if possible.
Restrictions
Due to government import restrictions we are unable to deliver to the following countries: Africa, Brazil, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Lithuania, Pakistan, Republic of Georgia, Russia, South Africa and Turkey.
